Growing up on Cape Cod and in South Florida, Kate developed a deep appreciation for architecture and design from a young age. Upon graduating from College of the Holy Cross, Kate began her career in New York working for her mentor, Alexa Hampton, an Architectural Digest AD100 Hall of Fame designer. While working at the iconic firm, Mark Hampton LLC, Kate led full scale residential projects from construction through interior installation in the Hamptons, Manhattan, Greenwich, Miami, and Fort Worth, to name a few. Starting in 2018, Kate served as the Director of Brand Development and Product Design for Alexa Hampton Inc. managing 9 product lines, content creation and social media engagement, in addition to maintaining long term decorating clients across the East Coast. Kate relocated to Alexandria, Virginia in 2022 and has focused on local residential projects in the DMV area. Kate values client relationships and collaborating with teams to develop beautiful and livable spaces for her clients. She brings 15 years of design experience to help translate clients’ visions into thoughtful, functional and timeless interiors. Kate is now accepting projects nationwide!
